Dr. Jo Rose had been a chiropractor in Aurora, NE for 16 years and has been in practice for 36 years. She is the wife of Ron Rose and they have 4 grown boys. She enjoys walks with her dog Midge and spending time with the grandkids.  Dr. Jo utilizes techniques such as Diversified, Activator, and Thompson Drop.  Weightloss and nutrition consulting is a passion of Dr. Jo utilizing the 7 Systems Plan.  This is a food-and-lifestyle-first program that is sustainable longterm.

Dr. Derek Rose is a 2019 graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri and is passionate about the whole-body approach to health.  Treatment techniques utiilized by Dr. Derek include traditional Diversified adjusting, Thompson Drop, Activator, Cox Flexion-Distraction, Active Release Technique, Logan Basic, Webster Technique (Certified June 2022) and Dry Needling. Dr. Derek has extensive experience with the pregnant and pediatric populations as well as unique approaches to those with lower back pain. Home exercise programs are also ulitized to keep patients well and empower them to live and move well.
